First of all ND isn't independent w/ ACC 5 games , but don't expect many if

if any to admit it. Second, they will move when it is a requirement to be in a Power Conference to get to a national championship.

I have said it many times before on this board, that day is coming. Look at the trend over the last 20+ years...it's right there to see if you want to see it.
